Upgrade Instructions From v0.11

the charlist type is changed from CharList to Charlist.

I refactor unit test logic, it's not forward compatible. remove Maru.Test.start() from test/test_helper.exs and check https://maru.readme.io/v0.12/docs/testing for more information.
